BGC Wales Annual Report 2021-2022

What do we do?

We offer support and training to young people to help them develop into responsible and valued members of their communities and ensure that all young people have equal access to these opportunities.

Our staff team and volunteers support our member clubs with non formal learning opportunities such as Safer Internet use, Football Against Racism in Europe, Coding and Raise Your Voice.

We offer clubs the chance to participate in projects, informal workshops and our annual youth exchange with our German partners. We provide leaders and volunteers with access to training including Level 2 and 3 Youth Work Qualification.

We also provide clubs with advice on funding, sustainability and applying for charitable status.

Get involved

There are various ways to get involved with Boys' and Girls' Clubs of Wales and take advantage of the exciting opportunities on offer.

Young people can spend their free time in the welcoming atmosphere of our member clubs and gain lasting experiences during our residentials. The training we offer leaders, volunteers and young people provides opportunities to further education and even, in some cases, enhances future employment prospects.
