Whilst some BGC Wales staff, volunteers & young people have been busy in Germany on a Taith youth exchange project, we have been joined in Wales by leaders from Escola Pia Salt, Catalonia. Leader Eloi was an Erasmus+ volunteer with BGC Wales in 2013 and has been involved in our recent Safeguarding our Young People Project. During the visit they met with Nantymoel BGC and old friend Andrew McKay.
We are looking forward to working with our Catalonian friends in the future!

It’s been so great to get started on planning our inward mobilities for our Taith project. We’ve strengthened so many connections, new and old and can’t wait to share Wales with more of our international partners. It's been great to start meeting with those who have shown already, such as Sports and Leadership Academy (Minnesota) and Yellowstone County BGC. In October we will be hosting Sports & Leadership Academy (USA), Club de Niños y Niñas de México, Boys' and Girls' Clubs of South Africa and Youth Challenge Africa (Rwanda) We can’t wait to catch up with our friends all over the world and share quality Welsh youth work practices!
